Description:
In the sharing app the list of shared app has buttons next to them saying "Open" or "Install" depending on if you already have the app. when this list is changed because an app has been shared or unshared the colors of these buttons will change then transition back to the normal color.

Repro Steps:
1) Update 2 Aries to 20150616191346
2) Open sharing on both phones
3) Share some apps with device A
4) Observe the shared apps with device B
5) Change shared apps on Device A
6) Observe shared app list on Device B

Actual:
The buttons change color then transition back

Expected:
It is expected that the buttons remain the same color

I was able to reproduce this on 3.0 Spark Flame builds.  I was not able to install Spark distro on a 2.2 build.

Actual Results: When the sharing device adds/removes shared apps, the receiving device will see the buttons flash blue before fading back to white.
