Having a battery status indicator in the toolbar of fullscreen Firefox will make fullscreen more useful as seeing if the laptop is low on battery and/or plugged in is one of the essential uses of the system toolbar.

This should only be visible on laptops, it doesn't make sense for desktops.

When users enter fullscreen Firefox, we should do what we can to make the experience seamless and reduce the need to exit or show the system toolbar.
Attached patch Sample patchSplinter Review
This patch places an icon in the tabs toolbar when the browser is in fullscreen. It shows different icons whether the device is charging or not charging, and the background color changes based on the level of charge.

There is no way to know if the device doesn't have a battery, so desktop computers would show the indicator as always charging and at 100%.

We are missing actual icons for this, so I just used the Home icon and flipped the house upside down when the device is discharging.
