Spin button render issue

The top of the spin button of an <input type="number"> is not rendered correctly. It is missing a gray border line.

Expected spin button layout
Yeah, I messed around with the platform calls when I implemented it, but the image the native platform paints always seemed to be clipped no matter what.
Summary: Spin button of number input missing top line on Windows 7 → When <input type=number> in natively themed on Windows 7 the top border of the spin buttons is clipped

So Jonathan, do you think this is a platform issue? I didn't investigate much, though at least there's a widget within a dialog:

Not sure whether that is a default widget, though.

Just tested this on Windows 10 with Firefox 62.0 and it's still reproducible.
