1175925 - Thunderbird does not display diacritics in the feed item header correctly

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add http://www.lupa.cz/rss/clanky/ as a new feed.
2. Click on an item with diacritics in the authors name (ž, á or í).
3. See the authors name in the item header - the characters with diacritics are not displayed correctly.

Can confirm on Thunderbird 38.0.1 (Linux Mint as well as Windows). Thunderbird 37.0.1 is OK.
