Bug 1168999 wound up being deployed while we had 66 pending old-school Windows l10n repack jobs pending, so now https://secure.pub.build.mozilla.org/builddata/reports/slave_health/jacuzzis.html has my equivalent of a permanent 24/7 critical nagios alert going off because of the 66 <red>2</red>. No, you can't just do the easy part and remove the jacuzzis while leaving the pending, since that'll just move it to permanent pending on the non-jacuzzi pool.
Some kind soul pruned the pending jobs.
Summary: Prune the pending aurora Windows l10n jobs from the db, then remove the aurora l10n jacuzzis → Remove the aurora l10n jacuzzis
