I think we should remove the "SHOW" portion of the password field if there's no password in the field. Seems a bit counter intuitive to display "SHOW" in the password field if there's no password. SHOW usually implies that there's something to display but when the user selects the field, nothing happens as there's no password. It's a bit confusing with the password field being highlighted red and "SHOW" being displayed at the same time.
If someone types in a password and changes focus from the password field, at that point we should display "SHOW".
