When printing from Windows using Firefox Nightly, I set the print settings to "double-sided" and "black and white" but the settings are ignored when sending to the printer. I have tried with three different drivers for my RICOH MP C3003 JPN network printer including the standard Windows driver, the RPCS Basic driver and the RICOH MP C3003 JPN RPCS driver. When printing from Thunderbird (v. 31) or Microsoft Word the settings are passed to the printer as expected. This used to work with Firefox Nightly until very recently. I suspect the regression range is in the last week. Other users have confirmed this problem so it is not specific to my machine.
Karl, did bug 147419 touch anything that might affect Windows?

I thought the only XP changes from bug 147419 were removing unused code, but it is possible that I missed something. Would you be able to test reverting https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/78349b2422e8, please?

That doesn't fix it. It might not be bug 147419 after all. I'll try bisecting a bit further.

I was totally off on this. I must have been bisecting with e10s turned off. It looks like this has been broken since the end of March.
