Steps to reproduce:
when i used google polygon drawing tool
Actual results:
the popinter and line is not at the same place
Expected results:
if u draw considering the pointer its OK but line is shown in some where noticed this in Firefox 39.0 beta version
I tested with Beta, it's fine, the pointer and the line are at the same place.

Woks for me with Firefox 43.0.4. I don't see the issue. Is the issue still reproducible on your side on one of the latest Firefox versions( e.g. Firefox 43, Nightly 46)?
