Reproducible on: * Nightly 41.0a1 (2015-06-18) * Aurora 40.0a2 (2015-06-18) * Beta 39.0b6 (20150615125213) * Release 38.0.6 (20150605094246) and way back to older versions as well. Affected platforms: Windows 10 x64, Windows 7 x64, Mac OS X 10.9.5, Ubuntu 14.04 (x86) Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Firefox. 2. Open a page with a long title, e.g. http://www.theverge.com/2015/6/18/8800093/horizon-zero-dawn-impressions-preview-ps4-e3-2015 3. Click the lock icon from the Location Bar and select "More Information...". 4. Reduce the width of the Page Info window to a minimum and check how overflowed content is being treated. Expected result: Hidden content is signaled by using ellipsis at the end of the overflowed string. Actual result: Overflowed content from the body of the window is simply cutoff. Note: * This issue is _not_ a regression. * For some reason, the Page Info window can be reduced to a smaller size on Windows 10 - tested with Insider Preview Build 10130.
