[Nexus5 2.2][First Time Experience]After we finish running First Time Use from settings,we have not connected WIFI but a connected Wifi icon is in status bar at Settings view.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Connect a wifi and wait a few minutes.
2.Launch the settings app.
3.Tap the "Developer".
4.Launch First Time Use.
5.Tap next button until device back to homescreen.
6.Launch the settings app.

[3.Expected Result]: 
6.At the view in Settings, a connected wifi icon is displayed in status bar.

[4.Actual Result]: 
6.At the Developer view in Settings, there should be no connected wifi icon.

@zouyi, could you try flame 2.2 again? It seems also exist on flame 2.2.

However, it only occurs when user use developer mode. So, prefer not nom as a blocker.

Yes, it exists on latest Flame v2.2.
