[First Time Experience]After we finish running First Time Use from settings, we have not connected WIFI but a connected Wifi icon is in status bar at Settings view.

@zouyi, could you try flame 2.2 again? It seems also exist on flame 2.2. However, it only occurs when user use developer mode. So, prefer not nom as a blocker.
