On 40.0a2 (2015-06-18) I keep on seeing an issue where my bookmark toolbar keeps vanishing and I can't get it back unless I completely restart Fx. Right clicking on another toolbar, which would normally give me a menu choice to show/hide the bookmark toolbar, instead only gives me the choices of "Hide toolbars" and "Exit Fullscreen Mode". Note - I'm not currently in fullscreen mode. Selecting the "Exit Fullscreen Mode" option puts me in to fullscreen mode where right clicking again shows me the same two options. Selecting "Exit Fullscreen Mode" again correctly takes me out of fullscreen mode. right clicking again displays the same options.
