Description:
There are no keyboard options to select from.
Repro Steps:
1) Update to B2GDroid 20150617175123
2) Select Settings > Keyboards > Select Keyboards
Actual:
No keyboard options exist.
Expected:
It is expected the current keyboard used will be listed, and /or additional keyboard options will be available.
Repro frequency: 100%.

This issue does NOT occur on the Flame 3.0
Result: Current & additional keyboard options exist under Keyboard options.
