Steps to reproduce:

1. Be on Windows 8.1.
2. Open the WCS test image BGR-Red-Ducati_WCS-Test-TriState.jpg from http://blogs.msdn.com/b/color_blog/archive/2006/09/29/profile-utilization-test-image-and-profile.aspx (Also attached to this bug report)



Actual results:

Ducati is green.



Expected results:

Ducati should be red.
