Details

STR:
1. Open Console.
2. Minimize the toolbox.
3. Type |window.|

Expected results: The autocomplete popup does not open.
Actual results: The autocomplete popup opens even though the tool is not even visible.

Similar cases could also be found from other tools.
Product: Firefox → DevTools
Not sure what minimized means here ?
It can be 2 things: 
- either closing the toolbox, in which case I can't reproduce the bug
- or making it very small, in which case, I don't see this as being a bug
