[HiDPI] Global indicator does not update size correctly if call is active

Affected builds:
- latest Nightly, build ID: 20150621030204;
- latest Aurora, build ID: 20150621004005;
- Firefox 39 beta 7, build ID: 20150618135210;
- Firefox 38.0.5, build ID: 20150525141253.

Affected platforms: Windows 7 64-bit and Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit.

STR:
1. Open Firefox
2. Click on the Loop icon from the taskbar and start a conversation
3. Go to about:config and change the value of "layout.css.devPixelsPerPX" to 2.
4. Notice the global indicator.
5. Close the conversation.
6. Open another conversation.
7. Go back to about:config and reset the value of "layout.css.devPixelsPerPX".
8. Notice the global indicator.

Expected Results:
The global indicator updates correctly each time.

Actual Results:
The global indicator does not update correctly

The global indicator is part of the general Firefox chrome for webrtc, not part of Hello, hence moving products.
Component: General → Device Permissions
Product: Loop → Firefox

This still affects the legacy webRTC indicator, which is still used for Linux.
