Description:
Test is failing with variable repro due to internet connection failures, resulting in a timeout.

Repro Steps:
1) Update phone to 20150622010206
2) Connect to an Internet-Connection/Data
3) Hold tap on homescreen
4) Tap on 'add smart collection'
5) Select collection 'Social'
6) Confirm to Homescreen

Actual:
Test encounters "Connect to the internet to add more Smart Collections" error; times out at error

Expected: 
Test adds Smart Collection to homescreen

Naoki, can you take a look at this? The e.me server still seems to be very unreliable.

This test is still failing intermittently because of server issues, so I'm going to disable it.

[Cola, OOO till Oct. 8th]

This bug can be repro on today build. When I tap on the Smart Collection "Social", it reminds that "Connect to the internet to get apps for Social". (Note that I had connected a available wifi and I can navigate to "www.youtube.com"). But after a while,  the Smart Collection gets right and it works normally.

According to Naoki, this should work again and indeed, I ran the test once locally and it seems to work, so I'll enable it again.

I'm reopening this bug and disabling this test again. It's almost failing every time and I can also manually reproduce this. It looks like the server issues still are not resolved.

In the last meeting, Naoki told me this should work again and indeed, I didn't get any failure in 10 repeats, so I'm re-enabling the test again.
