Details
We host a few services in AWS for crash-related apps that require occasional access by other folks (vladan and symbolapi, crash-analysis for rkaiser). We've been doing this in an ad-hoc way so far, but I'd like to formalize it a bit so they don't need to wait on us: * publish current list of instances in a particular autoscale group, for folks without AWS API access * provide * restrict by IP address I'd also like to lock these machines down a bit more - symbolapi doesn't need access to anything other than the public symbol bucket, and crash-analysis only needs access to the read-only replicated DB.

(In reply to Robert Helmer [:rhelmer] from comment #0) > * publish current list of instances in a particular autoscale group, for > folks without AWS API access We don't really need to scale these nodes, so to help them out right now let's put in some stable CNAMEs pointing to the instances and keep these up to date. > * provide This should have said "provide SSH access", e.g. loading their public SSH key onto the instance.
