Whilst browsing any URL prefixed with "ftp://" and after switching to
"mininimist" mode with F11 and back again, the "Location pull down" moves from
it's normal position on the right over to a new position on the left. The
"Location pull down" still works, but it is not possible to type in any URL's to
the main location. I have found similar behaviour with both classic and modern
themes.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

1.Go to an ftp stite, say ftp://mirror.ac.uk/
2.Press F11; observe mode switch to a minimistic browser form
3.Press F11 again to return to the "normal" mode

Actual Results:
The "Location pull down" moves from it's normal position on the right over to a
new position on the left.

Expected Results:
The "Location pull down" should remain in the same position as previous to the
mode switch. The URL location input should still function.
To URL bar. This happens on theme switches too (bug 116055)
