Steps to reproduce:

Download java installer for OS X on Mac OS X Yosemite


Actual results:

see screenshot; time on downloads icon is offset in comparison to the downloads pop-up window


Expected results:

time remaining on icon vs pop-up window should have been the same or at least very close; some time before the screenshot the icon showed 10s but the pop-up showed 39 seconds remaining

This is no longer a problem in 54 since changes to the download UI removed the time on the icon.
