using 8/12 build of apprunner

1)  launch apprunner and editor
2) Under View menu there are two options:

Hide Composition toolbar
Hide Formatting toolbar

Need to implement these on all platforms

Target Milestone: M15
Fix checked in. Show/hide toolbar should work now, and be remembered between 
windows and sessions.
