Steps to reproduce:
Load MP-dev Popular page  https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/popular 

Expected results:
There are no display or layout issues.

Actual results:
There is a white padding above Toggle App Previews buttons.

Notes/Issues:
Issue appears only in Popular/New pages.
Could be a regression after removing the in-page filter-bar from desktop.(even though I didn't saw any bug about removing the bar)
Verified on MP-dev FF41(Win 7).
