[RTL][Flamev2.2&v3.0][N5 v2.2&3.0][Notifications]Record the video in Camera and observe the prompt message on Notifications, The timestamp isn't left-aligned.

1.Set your phone language as Arabic.
2.Launch Camera and switch to video mode,
3.Record a video and observe the timestamp on Notification.

This issue cannot be reproduced on latest build of Arieskk_v2.5 and Flamekk_v2.5, the timestamp is left-aligned correctly in RTL.
