User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Mobile; rv:41.0) Gecko/41.0 Firefox/41.0 Ivre tried several times, but after ythe SSO, it says there may be some internet connection problem and the setup can't be done. However, I'm sure the internet connection is good because I can still fire bugs or browser website.
Can you please turn on the logs in the Developer mode (shake log) and attach the information to this bug when this is happening? Thanks!

If SSO is working and web stuff is working, it might be that you're on something like a hotel network where port 80 and port 443 access are allowed, but access to port 993 and 465 are forbidden. But yeah, the log will make it clear.
