Initially - let's get these values one time, but eventually we'll need a dashboard.

* how many users are in an error state and what is a histogram of those errors?
* number of syncs that hang forever without reporting a failure
* How many users experience a failed sync, and how often do they see a visible Sync error message? 
* how many users experience a delete all data loss? Single delete session of over 20 items?
* Histogram of 1/2/3+ active device users
* Percentage of 2+ device users with at least one active mobile device
* Percentage of 2 device active users will 2 desktops, 2 mobile
* Histogram of active Fx versions
* Some measure of "bad" records in the local DB and in the remote store
