2) scroll down, until end of home screen reached, and keep on going
expected:
some visual effect that doesn'distort the shape of the app icons
actual:
the circular app icons end up being stretched to ovals, and look awful

The current overscroll effect was a pretty big effort on the part of Gordon Brander and Botond to find something that suit our needs and was performant and we could own. We will likely look at redesigning it at our next major redesign, but not before then.
