[1.Description]:
[Flame v2.2 & v3.0][Neuxs 5 v2.2 & v3.0][Email]After you change the folder to Local drafts, you can set the flag to mail.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Launch Email.
2.Create new mail, then save it to local drafts folder.
3.Back to mail list, and enter Local Drafts folder.
4.Tap the select icon, check the mail, then mark the mail with flag.
5. View this mail, and back to local drafts folder list.

[3.Expected Result]: 
Step4 &Step5. The flag fucntion should be disable or remove after you select the mail.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4.You can mark the mail with flag successfully.
5.When you enter the mail details view, the flag can't be displayed. After you back to drafts folder, the flag will disappear.

Got the video to play. 

Flag disappeared when the email was saved again in local draft. 

Nominate to fix in the next release.

This is a legitimate bug here that we allow setting message state and then lose it.  WORKSFORME is not appropriate here.
