Found via Bughunter and reproduced on a windows 7 trunk debug build
Steps to reproduce:
-> Load http://www.macombpowersports.com/s/search/inventory/brand/Honda/availability/In%20Stock/class/Cruiser/type/Cruiser%7E%7EV-Twin
--> Assertion failure: value == minimum (Unsanitized value), at c:/Users/mozilla/debug-builds/mozilla-central/layout/forms/nsRangeFrame.cpp:467
