If you receive an attachment, lets say a word document and I choose to open it
using openoffice, and I take the check out of "Always ask before opening this
type of file", it opens it the first time fine, but every time mozilla runs into
that file again, it will not prompt you (good) but it goes to save it, NOT open
it as expected.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. receive attachment
2 [details] [diff] [review]. right click to open
3. take check out of "always ask before opening this type of file"
4. file opens fine
5. close file
6. right click to open again
7. take check out of "always ask before opening this type of file"
8. file save dialog box comes up instead of the file opening

Actual Results:  The file save box came up.

Expected Results:  I expected the file to open.

This does this on all types of files.
