Details
When installing an app on FxOS, if the app has a unicode name, it ends up getting installed with a name that is not the same as the name as listed in the directory. For example, there is an app called "Drôle Pizza 10". When it is installed, the install message refers to the app as "Xn -drle Pizza 10 Fib" and the app icon on the phone also has that same invalid label. Assigning to Allen to verify the manifests and related encoding.

Sounds like a testmanifest.com bug; that is IDNA encoding for unicode domain names, which apparently winds up in the manifest it generates somehow.
