User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Mobile; rv:41.0) Gecko/41.0 Firefox/41.0 I've enabled USB Storage in Settings, but the internal storage is not showing up on my Macbook.
Have you try to switch the transport protocol from MTP to UMS? (tap left side of USB Storage panel in Settings)

(In reply to Fred Lin [:gasolin] from comment #1) > Have you try to switch the transport protocol from MTP to UMS? (tap left > side of USB Storage panel in Settings) Tried it, but I am still unable to mount the disk via USB. adb and devtools work ok. I just applied the latest OTA update and haven't had a chance to re-test, though.

I suggest that you switch the device to MTP and use the Android transfer app. See also bug 1171556 for making MTP default.

On the z3c, only the external sdcard can be shared using UMS. And in order to use MTP with a Mac, you'll need:https://www.android.com/intl/en_ca/filetransfer/ On th z3c the only way to see files on the internal sdcard is to use MTP.
