Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0 Iceweasel/38.0.1
Build ID: 20150525043631
Steps to reproduce:
Go to http://bitcoinpaperwallet.com, get past the randomization screen, then click "calibrate" and print a calibration page.
Actual results:
If in Firefox the "ignore scaling and shrink to fit page width" is checked, the print is somewhat in scale, but offset about 3mm too far left. If I uncheck that box, Firefox will never produce a test print that includes all four black border bars nor will all the contents of the box be printed. Selecting different zoom or offset settings on bitcoinpaperwallet.com never helps the problem. It only makes it worse.
Expected results:
Firefox should allow the web page to change zoom and scale settings such that a well-calibration test is able to be printed. Firefox appears to be fighting my efforts to do this.

Cross reference to https://github.com/cantonbecker/bitcoinpaperwallet/issues/21 to help determine where the problem really is.
