In this Screenshot you can see the useless "Cancel" of a failed download

Steps to reproduce:
right click on a failed download in downloadmanager
Actual results:
"Cancel" appears in the right click menu.
It is useless, nothing happens if you click on it.
Expected results:
There shouldn't be "Cancel" in the list, because it is useless -> it doesn't happen anything if you click on it.
I beg to remove it.
