Details

Currently this shortcut does nothing if findbar textbox is active.
However, it doesn't navigate through typed text, like Home/End does, so there's no reason to leave it unused.
Ctrl+Up/Down should be working in this case, just like hotkeys PageUp/PageDown or Up/Down which are working as expected.
