looks like this is on windows -- on OSX, it looks completely different (checkbox - warning sign - text)

I'm not convinced by the "expected style" as outlined in the attachment. Rather I'd lean towards implementing like OS X, at least on Linux.

This report is related to the old DevTools Profiler.
The Performance panel now points to the new Firefox profiler available at profiler.firefox.com
