On occasion, when I open the camera, I cannot zoom in or out (back camera, haven't tested on front camera). When this happens, I can close the app (fully close by holding the home screen and swiping away the camera app) and re-open, and the zoom works. This happens maybe 1/6 of the time, so it's highly annoying, though not critical as there's a workaround.

I have not been able to replicate this since filing the bug. an upgrade must have fixed it.
