Host keeps panicking at boot up.  I've replaced memory and attempted to reimage but unable to load netboot due to panic.  Will try to replace HDD next.

I think either the CPU or logicboard on this mini is bad.  Mini still panics even after HDD replacement.  I've even tried installing a new OS via flash drive but still having same issues.

Should we decomm?
