Overview: When a list is deleted and it is the only list, then the ab widget
remains expanded.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have one list for an address book
2. Select the list in the directory pane
3. Select the Delete button

Actual Results: The list is deleted but the expand/collapse widget remains and
it is expanded.

Expected Results: The widget should disappear since no list exists for the
selected address book.
