[Nexus 5 v3.0][Camera]The camera viewfinder can not fit the screen size when we open camera from video.

1.Make sure that have no video in video app.
2.Launch video app from homescreen.
3.Tap the Go to Camera button.


[3.Expected Result]: 
3.The viewfinder should be normally displayed.

3.The camera viewfinder can not fit the screen size.
