Description

Currently we get two home directories created per task user:

  (1) C:\Users\<user>
  (2) C:\Users\<user>.<host>

We should fix this by only creating (1). We also need to ensure that the home directory clean up is working properly.

Released in generic-worker 9.0.4

in commit https://github.com/taskcluster/generic-worker/commit/89e92a300acbbd719ac3037464a641fefa599d23

The two folders described in comment 0 no longer apply, but we do get a task directory, and a user home directory. Both are cleaned up in this commit.
