At the moment, the logs contain a lot of detail in places, and are sparse in other areas. A review of all the logging should be made, to make sure we capture relevant information, but not too much where it is unnecessary. Also, make sure warning messages (like problems dequeueing messages from Azure) are prominent and/or trigger alarms/monitoring systems.

Logging has been cleaned up a lot - I'm happy with the level of detail now.
