This should have been fixed in bug 1070058, if we're seeing this behaviour again, it may be a regression.
According comment 2, please help find regression window.

Hi Hermes,
I have tried the oldest flame 2.2 build(Build ID 20141029160202) on our side, bug 1070058 has been fixed on the build, but this bug still can be reproduced, so it doesn't look like a regression.
Thanks!

This seems a plausible set of STR for end-users.

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]: User can get stuck during the FTE, requiring a device restart to resume FTE and get the device functioning normally.

Thank you Jayme.

Sam, I set this a P2 priority as phone becomes unusable when this situation occurs.

The context menu for links includes:
Copy Link, Open in new window, Open in new private window, Pin, Save linked file, Share link, Cancel.

I dont think any of those are things we want to do in the FTE, so I'm leaning towards just disabling the long-press/context menu entirely for the browser in FTU. What do you think? I can see how you might want to share/save the link for later review, but its not clear how that would work in the context of the (linear) FTU flow.

Yep, but this time it was marked as blocking 2.5. Should we transfer the flag to bug 1088461?
