Aside from asking irccloud for a more mobile-friendly version, it does work in firefoxos with one huge exception of typing in the input box being extremely delayed. This may be an issue within firefoxos so figured I would file it. 

Steps:
log in to irccloud.Mozilla.com
go to any window or Chanel
tap the input text box, start typing 

the text will eventually catch up but at a consistent slow speed.

There are about 11 event handlers on that TEXTAREA, and several of those will run for every keystroke. There are also event handlers on the parent FORM element. I'm not really surprised if this is the cause of slow typing. See screenshot for list.

Fennec is faster (but running on a pretty powerful phone)

OK, this probably isn't Tech Evangelism if Fennec can deal with it but B2G running on the Xperia Z3 can't (which is also a pretty powerful phone). The browser should be able to handle 11 event handlers per keystroke IMO.
