Is this temporary or are we adding this to the product?
I think this dll is for the testing purpose only not for the product.
I think the 8.3 limitation is for the installer.
If this is only for testing, then is this INVALID?
his is for RTM (and all betas)

bug 10355 states the problem, and it affects all EXECUTABLES (including dlls)
only, for win9x machines, because the evil empire sucks.
I mean "this bug" not "his"...  :-) my t key got sticky.

This dll is for testing purpose only, not going out for the product.
I am not going to change the dll name.
Marking as INVALID.
I changed a dll name to chardetnativeTest to indicate that this is for testing
not for the product.
