From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.7) Gecko/20011221
BuildID: 2001122108
The above mentioned site is a web freemailer where i have an account (the one I
use eg. for my mozilla bug reports). Their pages are done in two frames (NS4
shows them in "Page Info", Mozilla 0.9.7 not). The right frame is used to do the
work, in this case: writing an email message.
I can write the message but not submit it. When pressing the
form button to send the message, Mozilla hangs indefinitely (i
tried and waited for more than 1 hour in one case). To find out
if the site was down (I have experienced them as reliable), I fired
up a Netscape4 in parallel and saw that Netscape has no problems
using the site.
Submitting to an insecure
server usually works, however. I attached a sample page where you can
see the HTML code they use.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login, say you want to write a new message
2.write the message
3.click "Senden" (ie, try to send the message)
Actual Results: After pressing the "Senden" button, Mozilla hangs until there
is a timeout or until I abort the request, eg. by pressing the Escape key.
Expected Results: Mozilla should have shown the next screen of that web mailer
application instead.
Where on this form can I attach a file?
didn't find quick enough on how to post it in the first place
