Steps to reproduce:

- Open Firefox
- Open developer console
- Try to resize/widen columns, specifically the filename column


Actual results:

- Unable to resize; column size hardcoded


Expected results:

- Ability to resize columns, either by targeted resizing, or at very least, dynamically resized relative to width of window
