1179257 - lock screen music controls do not change or go away with another app playing audio

When playing music through the music app the title and controls will show on the lock screen just fine (and work as expected). However, when loading another app to play audio (tested with podcast and soundcloud) the lock screen still displays controls for the music app. Tapping the controls will suspend the other audio app and play from the music app until the screen is unlocked at which time the audio reverts. 

Would expect the lock screen controls for thee music app to go away when another app is using audio, or provide controls for that app.

That's intentional. Just because an app is playing audio doesn't mean that it's more important than the music app (e.g. previewing a ringtone). While there should be a way for third-party apps to hook into the playback controls, that's not possible yet, and I don't think the necessary platform features have landed. This is also probably a dupe of some bug.

I *definitely* don't think this should block though. We've had several releases with this behavior already.

I prefer to get rid of it, as well on lock screen, maybe auto close after 5 minutes..
