"To import contacts insert or unlock your SIM card" more detail needed....what about this is buggy?
"insert or unlock your SIM card" implies that we have no idea whether a SIM card is physically present at all. We should. Either it's not-present, or it's locked-present, or it's unlocked-present. This messaging implies that we cannot distinguish not-present from locked-present, and asks the user to take one of two actions when we can be more specific. We should say, 'To import contacts, insert your SIM card.' And then if they insert a locked SIM card, we should offer a way to unlock it *right there* so they can proceed.
