The webrtc app (see URL) can now be deleted. THere was no link to it from anywhere since it was a prototype only. However, some events got marked as a "Mozillian" [0] and that needs to migrated away too. And places where was this was used was in the `manage` app (event_edit.html and events.html) [0] https://github.com/mozilla/airmozilla/blob/master/airmozilla/main/models.py#L347
