This is to fix http://sentry.mktmon.services.phx1.mozilla.com/mkt/addonsmozillaorg/group/16250/ t

STR:
1/ add `pref("extensions.foo-bar.éç", true);` to a .js file in defaults/preferences/
2/ run the validator, make sure you don't get a 500 (or the following exception if running from the commandline: UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position 19-20: ordinal not in range(128)
