Description:
Sometimes a scroll bar will appear on the left of the screen as the Settings main menu screen transfers to a more specific Settings menu.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150701010205
2) Select Settings
3) Scroll up or down and access a Settings option. (Such as Achievements.)


Actual:
Scroll bar appears on left of Settings menu when transferring between menus.

Expected:
It is expected no Scroll Bar will appear on the left of the screen.

This issue DOES occur on the Flame 2.2 and 2.1.

Result: Scroll bar appearing on left when accessing Setting options.

This issue does NOT occur on the Flame 2.0

My first reaction was NAB but after comparing to 2.0, I changed my mind. It seems the scroll bar always fades out on 2.0 before the transition takes place. On master, the user will see the status bar move to the left during page transitions instead of fading out. M

Minor so not nominating to block on this.
